Bend, Oregon June 8-10, 2006

We are going to Tumalo State Park in Bend, Oregon for 3 nights. While driving to Bend we saw Mt. Thiesen with snow on it. We saw this mountain last August when we stayed at Diamond Lake RV park. Of course no snow on it during the summer. The weather was warm during the day with a slight breeze and cooled down at night. We enjoyed fires during the evening. One day we took a walk on a trail which was along the Deschutes River. One morning we woke up to some strange noise it was hot air balloons going over the motorhome. We went to the town of Sisters for their 66th annual rodeo and it was a great performance by all the riders.
