West Glacier, Montana June 16-18, 2006

We left for West Glacier, Montana for 3 nights at the Koa. On the way here we saw Flathead Lake. We had alittle rain one evening and then a double rainbow appeared. We went to West Glacier Nat. Park for a boat tour on Lake McDonald. The tour was very interesting. The view of the mountain peaks , waterfalls and deep valleys make it what it is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. The weather was cool and showering. We had one day of warm weather. There was lots of snow the the peaks. They had a fire in 2003 and named it Robert's fire. West Glacier became a National Park in 1910.
